The Love-Rooted Leaders Collective meets weekly on Thursdays for 90 minutes from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm CST. The Collective meets for 8 sessions over the course of 9 weeks.*

COACH
Rozella is a certified coach, organizational consultant, ministry leader, and public theologian. She has served in congregations, regional judicatories and on a national denominational staff as an executive leader.
This experience has led her to recognize the struggles of women in ministry - women who care deeply about their call and their communities.
Utilizing a Love Ethic, Rozella supports women leaders seeking to deepen their love of self and align their beliefs, values, and Behaviors.
Rozella believes that healing and growth do not happen in isolation. They require revolutionary community and radical coaching steeped in Love.
